Please take notice that the Marvin Village Council has called for public hearings to be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Banks Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall (10012 New Town Rd.) for the purpose of receiving public comment on:
a. Temporary Use Permit #14-11404 Allowing a Sales Office to be Located in the Model Home within The Preserve at Marvin Subdivision for 12 Months
b. Temporary Use Permit #14-11405 Allowing a Construction Trailer to be Located on Site within The Preserve at Marvin Subdivision for 6 Months
The Village of Marvin reserves the right to make amendments to the proposed documents based on information received at the public hearing. Citizens are invited to make written and oral comment. All documents are available for inspection at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
