Village Council Calls for Public Hearings

Please take notice that the Marvin Village Council has called for public hearings to be held Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Banks Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

1.   Proposed Text Amendments to Chapter 96 Nuisance Ordinance (Addressing Tall Grass)

2.   Proposed Text Amendments to Chapter 151.080(D)(8) – Yard and Design Regulations, Chapter 151.081(K) – Principal Residential Structure and Chapter 151.922 (C)7 – Design Standards ICD  (Removing Architectural Material Requirements)

3.   Proposed Text Amendments to Chapter 151.251 (C) – Public Involvement Meetings (Reorganization of Current Language)

The Village of Marvin reserves the right to make amendments to the proposed documents based on information received at the public hearing.  Citizens are invited to make written and oral comment.  All documents are available for inspection at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
