Marvin Efird Park
The Park opened on May 5, 2012, and is located at 8909 New Town Road. The Park offers amenities for outdoor activities, community gardening, one-of-a-kind redwood playground, restroom facilities, picnic areas, meadow and natural groomed walking trails. The Park holds several annual events: Marvin Movie Night under the stars, National Night Out and a Holiday Tree Lighting.
NOTE: Due to the ongoing health crisis, we are only accepting facility rentals for groups of less than 50 people at this time.
Due to COVID-19 The Annual National Night Out will be held on October 6.

Another fabulous park amenity, which is located inside the park and the perfect venue for hosting private and business events.

The park is closed four (4) days a year: Christmas Eve and Christmas Day; New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
